Ferrari 499P Winner Le Mans 2025

The Ferrari 499P is a hybrid sport prototype designed for the Le Mans Hypercar class that achieved a historic third consecutive victory at the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans which allowed Ferrari to permanently keep the original winners trophy for the first time in its history. This specific triumph was unique because it was secured by the yellow-liveried number 83 AF Corse privateer entry driven by Robert Kubica and Yifei Ye and Phil Hanson who managed to defeat the factory teams and finish just fourteen seconds ahead of the second place Porsche Penske. The car itself features a sophisticated powertrain consisting of a three liter twin turbo V6 engine coupled with an electric motor on the front axle that provides all wheel drive at high speeds within a carbon fiber monocoque chassis. By winning the 2025 race Ferrari became the first manufacturer in the modern era to secure a hat-trick of wins since the start of the Hypercar regulations while Robert Kubica and Yifei Ye made further history as the first Polish and Chinese drivers to ever stand on the top step of the podium at this legendary endurance event.
